CLES Ltd will carry out works on the pipework on the secondary side/downstream of the gas meter outlet valve.
This pipework is the responsibility of the gas end user. This will be the person who pays the gas bill. Landlord, proprietor, business user, etc.
It is part of this responsibility to ensure that the pipe work is in good condition, is adequately sized for the appliances being used and is checked on a regular basis. If extra appliances are added to the installation as your business grows, the pipework and gas meter feeding the appliances must be of a suitable size.
